Key Partnership

- Key partners are the external companies or suppliers that will help me carry out our key activities which is my business partner and supplier.

Key Activities

- In this section, I should list down all the key activities I need to do to make my business model work. The key activities in this business is promote, build brand, marketing, develop costumer relationship and designing.

Value Propositions

- This is the section that is at the heart of the business model canvas. And it represents your unique solution (product or service) for a problem faced by a customer segment, or that creates value for the customer segment. The value propositions for this business is affordable, suitable for all ages, tasty and many flavour which is cheezy spicy, spicy crunch, chocolate and nestum.

Customer Relationships

- In this section, you need to establish the type of relationship you will have with each of your customer segments or how you will interact with them throughout their journey with our company. The customer relationships in this business is we use consulting, build brand, ask for feedback and give promotions.

Customer Segments
-These are the groups of people or companies that you are trying to target and sell your product or service to. Our customer segment is adult, teenagers, student and foodlover

Key Resources

- This is where I list down which key resources or the main inputs we need to carry out the key activities in order to create our value proposition such as product, stickers, plastic, start up money.

Channels

- This section is to describe how your company will communicate with and reach out to your customers. Channels are the touchpoints that let your customers connect with your company. The channels we used is posting to social media like instagram and status whatsapps.

Cost Structure

- In this section, we identify all the costs associated with operating our business model which is salaries, transportations, production, marketing and packing.

Revenue Streams

- Revenues streams are the sources from which a company generates money by selling their product or service to the customers. Our revenue streams is cod sevice and profit.
